Class Policy
Please note, all classes will require at least 50% paid in
advance. The deposit is only refundable if a class is canceled.
No refunds will be given otherwise. There are some classes
that will be offered for free or donation. Pre-registration
is required for all classes. Pre-registration is strongly
recommended for our readers as well. Many readers do fill
up prior to the event and may not accommodate walk-in readings.
If time is available, walk-ins will be welcomed.
Many classes have minimum and maximum enrollments.
If a class has insufficient paid enrollment prior to its scheduled
date, that class may be canceled. If any class is canceled
entirely, you will be given a full refund of tuition paid,
including any deposits made. If you must cancel a registration,
Pachamama, LLC, must receive your notice of cancellation,
in writing, 7 days prior to any scheduled class in order for
you to receive a refund, minus the nonrefundable deposit.
Cancellations received with less than 7 days notice will forfeit
any and all monies paid. Calendar is subject to change without
notice.
